Founded by Jimmy Jaubert, Bobcat Custom Construction took off when Jimmy found himself wanting to combine his passion for professional customer service with his love of construction and design. Throughout his 15 years in customer-facing roles in the corporate world, he learned that customer service is more than just a friendly face. Truthful and effective communication, process management, timely responses, client risk mitigation, and an overwhelming desire to provide a quality end product were all values he wanted to bring to the home renovation process. He took the plunge, quit his job, and went all in. In 2009, he turned his dream into North Texas’ premier outdoor living and interior renovation construction company.
