Our representation also includes advising employee benefit funds in the area of ERISA and general trust law. The firm was founded decades ago by Jonathan G. Axelrod, and the legendary Hugh J. Beins (retired), who received a 2010 Peggy Browning Fund award for outstanding service in the labor union community.
