Begley Properties LLC was created in 2000 to acquire land in Central, Southeastern, and Eastern Kentucky. Today, it owns more than 4,000 acres of prime real estate situated near interstates and major highways. The land, which is suited to industrial, commercial, and large-scale retail, is located in five areas: Richmond/Madison County, Hazard/Perry County, London/Laurel County, Knox County, and Lexington/Fayette County.
