B REACTOR MUSEUM ASSOCIATIONS

 Non-Profit

B Reactor Museum Association is an all-volunteer association of individuals and groups originally formed to preserve the historic B Reactor on the Hanford Nuclear Site in southeastern Washington State as a public museum. That goal has been achieved with the formation of the Manhattan Project National Historical Park, which includes B Reactor and other historical facilities at Hanford, as well as at Los Alamos, New Mexico, and Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

We are proud to be partnering with the National Park Service and Department of Energy as the two agencies work to manage and grow the new National Park at Hanford.

We invite you to join us.

Original BRMA goals

Restore the reactor building and contents to reflect its appearance during operation.
Add exhibits that reflect the history of the Hanford Nuclear Site.
Provide public access to B Reactor, including road access from Highway 240.
Educate the public as to the historical and technological significance of B Reactor.
Promote other attractions in the area to increase visitors to B Reactor.
