The Arthur Betterment Authority, founded on August 29, 2012, is a non-profit corporation operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Arthur Betterment Authority’s purpose is to develop, own, and operate a community center for the benefit of the citizens of Arthur County, Nebraska and the surrounding areas.

Arthur Betterment Authority is currently raising funds to construct a badly needed community center for our area residents.
