Abide in the Vine Fellowship was birthed in 1993 and we continue to seek God’s heart and His presence through worship, community, prayer, and outreach.
We are a congregation of Believers in Owego,New York, USA. Abide In The Vine is home to the Abide in the Vine School of Ministry; a BibleSchool dedicated to the training of Christians for the work of the ministry, and Abide in the Vine Child Care Center; a fully licensed child day care center. We are also a distribution center for Angel Food Ministries.
We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of the Eastern USA. On the edge of the Fingerlake Region of New York State, Owego is a beautiful place to call home or visit. Home to approximately 8,000 people, Owego is a quiet community with the larger cities of Binghamton, Ithaca, and Elmira each only 30 minutes away. Abide In The Vine Fellowship is strategically placed in the Southern Tier of New York. Be in prayer as we reach out to our hometown and surrounding communities.
Abide In The Vine is Pastored by Frederick P. Hoover. Pastor Hoover has been a minister of the Lord for many years and is open to the moving of the Spirit of the Lord. He has a strong love for Israel and the Jews, God’s chosen people. He has made several trips there and with each trip his love for the Jewish people grows stronger. He has also traveled to Africa, Budapest, England, and Canada exhorting and encouraging God’s people in the gifts and fruits of the Spirit.
