320 ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC

Acupuncture is a technique in which practitioners place fine needles into the skin at strategic points to treat pain. It is believed that the body has over 2,000 acupuncture points connected by pathways, or meridians. These pathways create an energy flow (Qi, pronounced “chee”) through the body that is responsible for our overall health. The needles can be manipulated manually or stimulated with a small electrical current (electroacupuncture).
