BLESSED SACRAMENT CATHOLIC CHURCH
Dear Friends in Christ,
A new century has begun at Blessed Sacrament. We are a great parish because people have given cheerfully of their energy and resource. Thank you for carrying on this tradition here.
I am enclosing a two sided flier with information about finances at Blessed Sacrament. Since arriving here two years ago, I have wanted to be transparent about income and expenses. It has taken more time than I would have wished to obtain accurate numbers for you. Now, at last, I can present a realistic portrayal of our financial situation.
Many thanks go out to our Finance Council members: Mary Kay Laird, Dan Weber, Steve Langguth, Evan Thomas, Ian Summe, and Carol Rector, our new Business Manager. They have been meeting intensely since November to go over the books and determine how much revenue we need to run this parish well. I am presenting their conclusions to you.
