CELEBRATION MINISTRIES
Celebration Ministries is based in Hagerstown, Maryland. The members of the Board of Directors come from several different churches and ministries and provide ministry oversight. Each Board member has a passion to see those that call Hagerstown and the surrounding area home grow into the fullness of God’s love and grace. The ministry operates on three primary platforms: Recovery Programs, Residential Programs and Training Programs.
