Tenney Nursery & Parent Center
Our 5 star, Madison City Accredited preschool & child care center is located in the East Isthmus neighborhood near Tenney Park on the Mifflin Street bike boulevard. We have beautiful, over-sized classrooms and a gym for indoor large motor activities. Our playground is a spacious environment with all wood structures and surrounded by plants & gardens.
We have a commitment to the whole child, and seek to foster intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth. We respect each child’s individual preferences and abilities.
Our play-based curriculum (Creative Curriculum) encourages children to develop the skills that they need for further learning. Development of these skills is incorporated into all aspects of the program that meet WI State requirements, City Accreditation Standards, and Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.
