Dr. Li received his medical degree from UCLA, graduating with honors and a member of an elite seven-year program. He completed a rigorous five-year surgical program at University of Southern California (USC), followed by a plastic surgery residency at Penn State University.
Dr. Li was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society-by recommendation of the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Penn State University.
He has now been a surgeon for over 30 years and has been in practice as a plastic surgeon for more than 25 years. He is a licensed General Surgeon as well as a Specialist in Plastics, and has extensive in training in multiple practices.
