Building on the legacy of Santa Rosa’s original vaudeville California Theatre (1923-77), The California will offer a variety of cultural activities, including live music, comedy, theatre, dance, lectures, classes and more. The new event venue with bar and cabaret-style seating is home of resident theatre companies Left Edge Theatre and Young Actors Studio (previously in residence at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts since 2015).
