Schoolyard Sugarbush
Schoolyard Sugarbush is a family owned and operated maple business and maple syrup farm located on 41-A in the small town of New Hope, NY. We are 11 miles south of Skaneateles on the southwest end of the lake. Our family has been making and selling maple syrup and maple sugar for four generations and the lessons and work ethic we learned from our ancestors are extremely important to us today. Though much has changed in the process over the last two decades the aroma and flavor remain the same, because we want it to taste just as good as the first quart of maple syrup we ever made!
