At Yoga Soul we celebrate the Dance of Life. Our practice a multi-style yoga that has evolved from studying and practicing many forms of yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing), and combining those teachings into a personal style.
Classes in our Farmington and Milford locations, are designed to teach individuals to develop a practice that enhances their own physical and emotional needs. This practice cultivates “being” in the posture as opposed to “doing” the posture.
