NUBODY PILATES STUDIO
NuBody Pilates is located in Valley Glen, just outside of Sherman Oaks, in the San Fernando Valley. It was founded in 2007 to offer top of the line Pilates instruction in a peaceful and serene atmosphere. All sessions are one-on-one with your trainer and are tailored to suit your needs. We also offer duet sessions, which are a great way to save money, and still get the attention of a catered private Pilates program.
We train on Gratz equipment which was designed by Joseph Pilates. This type of training is considered the “purest” form of Pilates.
