When appropriate, regenerative treatments are considered, including stem cell injections, and prolotherapy, and dry needling. He utilizes EMG for neuromuscular diagnosis, and also performs Botox for limb spasticity as well as migraine headaches. He also performs neurolytic injections for pain or spasticity, including phenol. Peripheral nerve stimulation is utilized for peripheral nerve injury or refractory joint pain. For the spine, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator, and pain pumps may be options for treatment.
