My experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions and working with small business owners in the sale and purchase of a business, closing SBA loans and resolving commercial disputes, allows me to provide a broad based view of a client’s needs, and an assessment of and input into their family, business and litigation planning strategies. I have been successful in highly contentious matrimonial litigations, have prepared numerous Wills, Living Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and provided representation to defendants in local Municipal Courts.
My clients range from indigent to wealthy, from small start-up corporations to a national child day care center for whom I am corporate counsel. Geographically I have represented clients residing in the Phillipines, India and throughout the continental United States.
I seek to assist individuals to realize their goals, including the fair resolution of claims through negotiation or in the various Court and Administrative systems at our disposal.
