Blue Mound United Methodist Church shares in the mission of all United Methodist Churches – To make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of our world. We are trying to do our part here in Northern Denton County.
What We Believe
First and foremost we believe in Jesus Christ. God, God-self in human form, who came to earth to redeem us, set an example for us of how to live, and restore us into loving relationships with God and each other.
Blue Mound United Methodist Church is, of course, a United Methodist Church and therefore can reference our denominational resource for more specifics. Although, it would also be helpful to point out that our denomination (and this church) has room for people with varying perspectives on theological, social, and political topics.
