Veterinarians—Advances in veterinary medicine are constantly being made, so stay informed about the latest treatments and techniques is essential. Our veterinarians are continually educating themselves, not only through coursework but also through roundtables with experts who are brought in to our hospital.
Thanks to this training, we are able to provide specialty care to those pets that require them. From laparoscopic and orthopedic surgery to cold laser therapy and advanced pet dental procedures, our veterinarians provide pet patients with pain relief and enhanced healing, while taking every precaution to ensure their comfort and safety.
Veterinary Staff —Our registered veterinary technicians are skilled and dedicated pet nurses who will stay by your pet’s side throughout his or her procedure. In addition, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. We will work with you to provide your pet with the best of care.
Hospital Facility—As an AAHA-accredited pet hospital, we are regularly inspected to confirm that our veterinary clinic meets more than 900 rigorous standards. These cover everything from anesthesiology, veterinary emergency services, and exam facilities to our laboratory, pet pharmacy, and veterinary surgery suites. It’s one more way that we ensure your pet receives the level of care he or she deserves.
Community Involvement—The veterinarians and staff at Sylvan Veterinary Hospital are extremely pleased to be a part of the East Modesto community. In order to support the wonderful pets and people in the area, we provide veterinary care for many of our local guide dogs. We are also proud sponsors of a Modesto search and rescue dog and are heavily involved in the Enoch High School veterinary science program, giving students on-the-job pet health experience through job shadowing.
