Montville Family Practice Associates has been proudly serving the community for over twenty years. We provide comprehensive health care for every member of your family, beginning at age five. Our group is comprised of four family physicians and two nurse practitioners. Our mission is to help our patients make healthy lifestyle choices, improve and maintain their health, and prevent illness.
