Kurz Environmental specializing in the fields of geology, hydrology, geochemistry and the performance of environmental site assessments and remedial response actions related to real estate transactions and compliance permitting.
KE has been involved in all aspects of environmental projects since 1983 and over the years has successfully completed more than 5,000 projects ranging in size from property evaluations for real estate closings to large remediation projects involving the remediation of soils and groundwater to private clients. Due to our services properties that had contamination issues were turned around into useful and productive parcels giving their owners added values to their holding(s). We have provided services to local towns and other municipalities assisting them with their audits and permits. KE’s engineering capabilities include the investigation, design, construction, and operation of remedial projects throughout New England, New York, and Puerto Rico. KE can handle virtually any facet of environmental engineering projects from Phase 1 Site Assessments under Massachusetts Chapter 21E Statute of its General Laws, including all aspects of 310 CMR 40.0000, the Massachusetts Contingency Plan. We have performed thousands of Site Assessments ranging in scale from small to several hundreds of thousands of dollars in the scope of work. We have performed simple remedial system designs to multi-unit treatment systems. KE is a multi-disciplinary firm combining several areas of expertise to solve problems in a cost-effective manner.
