Deliverance Tabernacle Church was founded in 1990 by Dr. Steven V. Terry and immediately began its ministry of saving souls and serving the community. From our humble beginnings of renting a church in the Norview section of Norfolk to the purchase of our very first building at 916 Middle St. to our newest location at 4202 Bainbridge Blvd., Chesapeake, VA, the church has continued to grow by the Lord’s leading and guiding. The God-given messages truly meet the needs of the whole man – body, soul, and spirit.
