Academy Soccer Club has a primary focus on developing soccer players for the next levels of play. At the under 9 through under 12 levels the objective is to develop the players’ technical abilities in a fun environment. At the Under 13 to 14 levels the Academy begins to instruct rudimentary tactical concepts while still emphasizing individual player development. Academy teams at the 15 through 19 level are focused on team development (Winning) and individual player development within the team concept. All decisions relating to club, player, and team development are made by the Academy Coaching Staff. Academy is a Soccer Club run by coaches. All decisions of player development are made by professional, licensed Academy Staffers. All coaches must go through either state or national coaching education programs as well as Academy’s in-house coaching education. This ensures consistent philosophy and methodology that permeates the entire staff.
