Founded over ten years ago, our main goal is to provide the Upper West Side community with a state of the art facility and to attract the city’s best trainers to work in a private setting that is unlike the typical, impersonal gym experience.
In the past decade, Elysium has become the largest and best known private training facility on the upper west side with a full complement of independent and staff trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, group trainers, nutritionists, and coaches.
Our facility features the latest Cybex, Free Motion resistance and cardiovascular machines.
