We are a locally owned rheumatology private practice providing care since 2000 when Dr. Watrous opened our doors in Visalia, California.

We now serve patients throughout Central California. We opened our Fresno office in 2019 and are so happy to have Dr. Alicia Rodriguez-Pla join us there. At the end of 2023 we have partnered with Dr. Frank Scott of Arthritis Medical Center in Nipomo in southern San Luis Obispo County on the central coast of California.

Sierra Pacific Arthritis is a member of American Arthritis and Rheumatology Associates, a national network of 250 arthritis and rheumatology physicians, since 2016.
