Okay, so a little about us. I have been self-employed in the food industry for 40 years and counting. My wife, Janet, has also had the pleasure of working in the food industry for many years. Together, with our experience, passion for what we do and our entrepreneurial spirit we were inspired to have a go at our own restaurant. So we established our pizza restaurant in 1998 in a small town located in the California Central Valley. We are family owned and operated. We employ a small staff that helps ensure our operation runs smoothly. Many of our recipes have been served up in our family for generations.
