Waaayyy back in 2013, a young employee named Conor, who had been working at the coney for 3 years, decided to hang up his spatula and chili ladle to explore his talents in the culinary world.

Little did he know, 7 years later he would be dusting off his trusty spatula and ladle and running the one stop coney with Olivia, his wife. Olivia and Conor took ownership of the coney a week after their wedding in August of 2020 and are excited to treat the community like guests in their home – what’s for dinner? Likely hot dogs…
