Advanced Imaging San Marcos is the only locally owned and operated outpatient imaging clinic in San Marcos and is accredited by the American College of Radiology in each of its modalities. AISM offers same-day scheduling, extended hours, film or CD delivery, a bilingual staff, payment plans, and cash discounts.

Advanced Imaging San Marcos was founded in 2004 by the radiology team of Dr. Gregory de la Iglesia, Dr. Douglas Smith, and Dr. Stephen Swearingen. AISM was created for the communities within Hays, Caldwell, Comal, and Guadalupe counties, which lacked a locally-owned and operated outpatient imaging center.
