Custom Wood Creations
BurlWood Creations is located in an Amish community tucked away in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. Co-owned by father-son duo Sam & David Chupp, our showroom, mill, and wood shop are all located in just a short walk from each other.
We specialize in building beautiful live edge burlwood tables. We also craft and provide a variety of other furniture: live edge epoxy tables, tree root table bases, rustic chairs, lamps, taxidermy mounting bases and more.
All of our pieces are handcrafted and will last for generations. Depending on your needs we have both ready made furniture or can custom build it to your exact specifications.
Some of the woods we work with are Redwood, Buckeye, Claro Walnut, Black Walnut, Myrtle, and Bigleaf Maple.
We also sell unfinished live edge slabs and provide live edge slab planing for your DIY projects.
