Founded in 1978, LHN is a deed restricted 55 and older active adult community in Brick, NJ.

Our well manicured 50 acre property is host to our 360 homes, clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard, tennis and bocce courts. Within the clubhouse you will find a library, living room, activity room, auditorium, adjacent kitchen and a ceramic room with a kiln.

The community host clubs, committes and various activities. This is supported by a 5 member board of trustees that have been elected by the community. All of this is governed by our covenant of by-laws as well as rules and regulations.
