I have over 30 yrs of experience. My areas of practice include Criminal Law and Family law as well as Personal injury, Probate and business matters. I work with the Greene County Courts as well as Xenia, Beavercreek, Kettering, Dayton and Fairborn. I have also appeared in most of the courts in surrounding counties since I graduated from the University of Dayton School of law in 1984. I am admitted to and can practice before the Courts in the United States District Court for the Second District in Ohio and the and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, United States Court of appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits.
I live in Greene County and I was raised here. This is my home just like yours. I handle civil as well as criminal cases. I am attentive to the particular needs and goals of each of my clients.
